well, it's "shared" amongst so many people and hence the "impact" if any will be minimal. Whereas for haunted unit, you shoulder it yourself. Just guessing.

 

Also, the cemetery is a dedicated place for dead to rest in peace and probably the spirits are normalized liao without the hatred. Whereas, for a haunted unit, the spirit might be angry and refused to go away.

actually i got fren now trying to sell his flat (before the new rules) saying the offers nowadays not that good liao. not many offers also. COV offers from 0 to 20k-ish.

Dead bodies buried on the ground is different from the deceased died on the spot, esp if the person died of unnatural death like murder or suicide. People would feel weird if someone have died at a particular spot.

last time i stay bukit merah view blk 130 top floor

the view was fantastic

i can see tangs and beyond

i aint know know whats beyond because i aint got marnie to go orcahrd road

just hand around with friends downstairs only

now tall building everywhere in bukit merah, the view not so good liao

last time blk 130 bukit merah view was really king

I guess if you stay very high floor without any block, no matter whether you stay in bt merah or woodlands also would have fantastic view.

Would this 0 COV simply be a knee jerk reaction? Or would it be another step toward a significant drop in hdb resale value?

 

How abt prices in eg 3 yrs from now, shoot high?
