Ts, your car got DVR anot? if have maybe can capture who left the note at the windscreen?

I don't leave it on at night, its only there to catch cuckoo drivers on the road. The original note where I'd written my number also disappeared from the notice board. So I think that's the end of the story.

Thanks for update. Hopefully the author of note surf mcf so he knows why u always parked head in and not take the inner lot. It's best and matter closed when no cowardly acts of abuse are taken against your ride.

Keep safe

Cheers

I feel that for TS to post here in this forum means that he has a conscious and is the considerate sort.

Quite certain the other party had a bad day or could be jealous of his big car.

You know... I knew of this guy who stayed in a condo in the western part of Singapore. His neighbour poured a bag of sand/concrete mix over the whole damn car of this inconsiderate bugger who kept blocking the lift entrance with his parking skill.

whoa!!!! power!!!! [laugh]

LOL... nice read.

Quick background;

Have 4 kids - 3rd & 4th were twins so have a largish twin pram. Drive an Audi Q7 and the boot door needs a big space for it to swing open upwards. And also cos of the pram, I tend to park with nose in (at least when I can and definitely at home where I have more control). This way there's space to open the boot and load that big ass pram.

Stay in a condo where there's plenty of available parking. Most people have two cars and still there's no complaints on number of spaces available. So choices aplenty for everyone.

I'm attaching a rough layout of the parking under my block. I've marked out where I park the car 99% of the time (sometimes someone gets there before me in which case, I just find another spot). As mentioned above, I park nose 1st and within the lines marked out.

So this morning, I found a note stuck to my windscreen.

Note say that I should have the "courtesy" to move forward when parking if I should come early to give the guy coming behind a chance to park [dizzy]

I'm sorry, what the heck does he mean by having a courtesy to move forward. I get that he wants me to move to the bay in front of me so that way, he won't have to go around the lift bay and park his car. But how the heck does he know what my requirements are or why I do what I do?

If he had the decency to leave his number, I would have explained. But this anonymous bulls**t note saying I'm not courteous cos I'm inconveniencing him by going around the lift block is uncalled for.

Or am I wrong?

Hijacking this thread as i have a question bugging me on multi-storey car park courtesy

The car park is pretty narrow, only one car can move (one way traffic)

The car park is always packed

So if there's a lot where the driver is moving off soon and there's a driver following behind you, can you on your hazard lights, wait for the lot to be vacated n park your car but this will inconvenience the driver behind waiting

Why don't you ask the one waiting behind you whether this is alright with him?  :D

I will wait and I won't honk but that's because I'm polite and a gentleman
