We all deprived of EPL so this weekend community shield and next weekend start of EPL is really something to look forward to! At one stage, he was one of the most sought after English players but all went downhill after moving to City. Let's see if he can pick up the mantle once again. Of course if can win something is good but if there is really nothing else for you to aim for when season starts, you can take this trophy seriously. :) For Pool, clearly they need at least one more striker as Lambert is not as effective as Sturridge in our fast counter style. That's what BR is saying. But no way I am going to read too much into the results, it is more about integration, fitness building and identifying weakness. Beating Man City on pens the other day give me no added optimism for the next season, and thus similarly, no pessimism for me in losing to Man Utd.
