Everton it is. 5 year deal

Looks like my gut feel is wrong. Chelsea will hv to get rid of some more players cos they're overstaff with foreign players n not enough home grown. Likely they'll beef up with youngsters to meet the quota but a strange strategy to say the least as some of their youngsters not up to mark yet!

Next one to join Pool will be Bertrand.

Don't know should be :) or :(

I saw him play in the CL cup final and he was solid.

:D

Chelsea let Lukaku go cos he is not that good.

He is big and strong but he doesn't have a football brain

and makes wrong decisions.

:D

I really hope BR is right on him. He knows him very well and probably feel that he can help Bertrand to become a good player. His growth really have stagnant, years in reserves and he didn't really impress at Villa.

Checked with another source on Bertrand. His info is that Pool still can't agree fee with Chelsea and Southampton have made a loan move for him.

I like this info more. Lol

Actually.. He is decent player la.. Just that Man U got better players in his favored position...

Bro o23.. Any insights into Cavani situation? I'm praying Man U buys him and offload the 300k ingrate..

Hehe

reading that cavani to manure and lavezzi to pool.

cavani is a pure target man, he needs to be the centre of attack.

if he can't play with ibra. he can't play with RVP

If Saints are to sign up Bertrand permanently at the end of season, fee would go up to £10m. Pool only willing to pay £8m for Bertrand.

Looks like Sevilla is now waiting for Ayre to call them back. All the alternatives are gone lol

Also, Borini will complete his move after his shoulder injury is cleared up, which is soon.

Hands up on getting the Lukaku transfer call wrong but what really surprised me is the 28mil tfr fee. Nvr expected Everton to fork out above 20mil for any player!

With Sunderland willing to pay 14mil for Borini and clubs like Hull, WBA etc spending more than 10mil on players; maybe I shouldn't be knocking Real and Barca afterall!

Confirm today I woke up on the wrong side of the bed lol!!

Don't you think Chelsea are abit silly here, sell him to Pool now and pocket 8mil now. Want to gamble to get 2mil more from Saints and it could backfire if Bertrand doesn't do well there and also if that's the case he's value would have come down by then and also his contract would be nearer expiring.

Even if he does well, not sure if Saints willing to pay up as it's an option anyway so they could back out and with no one knowing what the Saints owners intentions are, it sure looks like a gamble to me!

Unless Chelsea wants him back next season which is highly unlikely, I don't see the rationale in this at all!

it may also depends if it is paid in lump sum or not.... southampton most likely can cough up a lump sum or most of it... not sure about liverpool preferred transferred payments....

and loan him to southampton is no threat but pool may be big threat
