Osprey23 Turbocharged July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 Bro, sorry to disagree with you but I thought Marcelo has a horrible game last night. Most of the goals came from his side of the pitch IIRC. That said David Luiz also had a nightmare game together with the other defenders. My MOM is Tony Kroos!! Can't belive Bayern not willing to match his demands n looks like he's off to Real. Was hoping he came to EPL!! 12m euros per year or 1m per month. 250k per week. Should be after tax. Bayern will find it tough to match. ↡ Advertisement
Little_prince Supersonic July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 Lol well said bro! This is a crucial year for Mourinho cos if no trophies for 2nd year running then I think RA will lose patience for sure! I personally think he's going backwards to his tried and trusted method of proven talent that's why he wants to sign that Tiago as a squad player when he got so many talented youngsters waiting to be given a chance. Young players will not want to sign for Chelsea if he's still around cos he nvr gives youth a chance and also his pragmatic approach is.... Chelsea were better under Ancelotti and I still don't understand why he was sacked at the corridor of Goodison Park for finishing second!!! hmm. this yr EPL will be interesting. man city will be favorites i guess. with the quality of the squad and unlimited cash. chelsea is also significantly strengthened with courthois , Fabregas and costa joining them. manure should be 3rd at least. LVG seems competent i guess. but whether 3rd is good enough for manure fans is a big question mark.

They servicing £400k per week on interest. Don't discount Spurs under Ponchettino. Ya, will be interesting this season. Can't wait.

Yes agreed that it will be interesting as I believe Man U will break back into the top 4 at least with LVG at the helm but who will they replace cos Man C, Che, Ars and Pool have all strengthend as well not to mention the dark horses Spurs and Everton! Can't wait for Aug!!

Can't wait for Aug!! im worried for pool actually. no more LS. plus the fact they not much experience juggling EPL with european matches. doesn't bode well. arsenal seems to be more active on the trf market this yr. think wanker also feeling the pressure. if they buy well might throw a surprise. manure need to replace quite a few key players. shaw and herrera for 50 mill pound already. shaw will probably still be backup for evra. and herrera didn't even make the spanish NT squad for the wc. Spring Moderator July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 12m euros per year or 1m per month. 250k per week. Should be after tax. Bayern will find it tough to match. Yes these figures look inflated but Bayern have themselves to blame cos IIRC he was paid much lower than Muller, Goetze, Schwenstiger etc and all he wanted was parity which they refused and now of course his stock has risen hence the huge pay!
Osprey23 Turbocharged July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 Some old habit just die hard Tottenham Hotspur have launched a last-ditch attempt to hijack the Divock Origi deal from Liverpool. [Tony Barrett, Times] Also added that interest in Moreno remains, although Liverpool continue to be frustrated by Sevilla’s £20m valuation.

Pochettino did a miracle with soton last season. if he can repeat that. then spurs has a chance. esp since their players on paper looks much better than soton. Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic July 9, 2014 Author Share July 9, 2014 Everton have signed midfielder Gareth Barry on a three-year contract. Barry, who spent last season on loan at Goodison Park, becomes manager Roberto Martinez's first signing of the summer. The 33-year-old, whose contract with Manchester City expired at the end of June, played 37 times in all competitions for Everton during his loan spell. Martinez was prepared to sign Barry permanently in January as part of an attempt to bring former Evertonian Jack Rodwell back to the club on loan from City -- the proposed solution to getting round a rule that prevents more than one player from one Premier League club being on loan to another at the same time. Coltplussport Turbocharged July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 Liverpool is like spurs last year. They sell suarez only to buy so many many that I have not heard of. I believe I wasn't following soccer closely, but all those names really unknown to me.

Osprey23 Turbocharged July 9, 2014 Share July 9, 2014 (edited) For Pool fans: The next time you hear about an announcement of an arrival, will also be the same day you hear about a departure Also, don't worry too much about us doing a Spurs, we won't. Here is why : 1) Bale's decision to leave came late. They only reacted after agreeing price with Real and planned for their purchases. Pool are prepared for Suarez' departure. Our signings so far have no bearing on Suarez. The only one related is Sanchez but we didn't get him. 2) the signings Spurs made by Baldini but asked to coach by AVB. We know what happened next. BR worked with the committee to get the players he wants 3) Bale was their main source of goals. When he left, no one in that team is able make up for the goals. For Pool, after losing their league top scorer, they still have the league second scorer. So, don't be too worry about the Suarez effect. Yes, Pool will miss him but I am confident we can cope without him. Edited July 9, 2014 by Osprey23 ↡ Advertisement
