MANILA (UPDATED) - Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials yesterday issued a deportation charge for undesirability against Thai national Prasertsri Kosin, known to netizens under the handle “Koko Narak”.

Kosin gained notoriety in the social media community in recent weeks for his racially-offensive comments in his Facebook account where he tagged Filipinos as "pignoys," "stupid creatures," "low-class slum slaves" and "useless race in this world."

Another case of vigilante justice gone wrong on Facebook -

 

I'm starting to think that the law needs to be beefed up to protect against this sort of thing -

 

anti harrasment is not good enough because you "can't put the genie back in the bottle" -

And making someone sue for slander / defamation is really not a good option...

 

They should make it really expensive to spread such rumour. Because if a person's reputation is ruined, even an apology will not restore the person's reputation, and might hurt his future / work / career.

 

And really, to post about a guy being a "creep" just because she misheard some words and did not check her facts before posting. People who do this needs to learn that such actions aren't right either.
