Cyclists kena summon (bedok/sportshub)

Cyclist has this big sense of entitlement. If you don't built facilities for my bicycle, everyone else should suffer some inconvenience together. So I cycle on the pavement if there's no bicycle lane, No rack to lock my bike, I push my expensive bike into the lobby or lock it to railing.

IIRC its $20. At least now more cyclists will know it is illegal to cycle on footpaths and they actually belong to the roads.

Yes as long as it contain LTA tag. Legal can only travel up to 20km/h.

Authorities always tell drivers to accommodate n share the roads with other road users like cyclist, but honestly how to focus on so much tings when we so often even need to stomp car drivers drives like mad ppl on the road.

You are missing the point here. There must be certain act that give power to these people to summon people. So my question here is if they are not given the authority, why should they pay up the "summon"? It is as good as paying protection fee, dont pay also like that kind of thing. Unless they are bestow with power like the police, then yes, everything got pah geh.
