Just looked at the actual figures from onemotoring, in fact i predict a very slight decrease in next quarter quota. But i still believe coe will go down slightly due to factors like economy down. Cat E flat. oh dear, i think LTA made a mistake in the Cat A figure for current quarter. it shown 3273, but it shld b 3373. so there is a decrease frm 3373 to 3313. it means Cat A down 1.8% or 30 less Cat A per bid.
