Heng ah lucky on the E46 M3 really really grabs my heart :wub:  Not that I don't like the new M series [sly] but that one confirm wallet pock liao so can look see and bio haha

 

You tell your SE you want the invite too the BMW experience days (otherwise u [smash]  [smash]  him  [laugh] ), then you can drive the M3/M4 etc. [thumbsup]

Haha all these were dekitted by a fellow bro.. All at a good price..

 

1) charge pipe (tsg motor or codewerx) $5xx brand new

2) diverter valve (tsg but oos now) i think can order from amazon. Abt $280 with installation if brand new)

3) 328i intercooler (can buy from bros dekitting in bmw-sg forum) maybe $300? I saw 1 bro dekitting

4) bars im not so sure of the price brand new.. But i got it at super good good price like $xx

 

Still thinking abt the tuning from eurosports (claimed 202hp/300nm) but have to hack ecu which might void warranty..

Do you know anything about RaceChip? Trying to see what is the simplest and most economical way to inject a little steroid. It's webpage says can stretch up to 175 horses. Do you know if it is safe to do so without upgrading the charge pipe, dv and rest of the components?

Yea thats the easiest way to up some horses plug n play.

 

Many of us are on some sort of piggyback..

 

Some will say not to do it as results in higher wear n tear. I say if u dont often do spirited drives eg tracking.. No issues at all. Good for occasional sprints n overtaking

Hi bro just for sharing my experience with Racechip.

I tried the Racechip previously and was on CAI and exhaust. Didnt feel much diff in low end but mid to high range can feel the power.

I eventually sold it to a stock 316 and new owner feedback was very powerful from all range.

 

175 horse i dont think so. Maybe at most 150 for my case (maybe cos i mod). hahah.

Hi there,

 

Im currently on K&N drop in & Bastuck Exhaust. Previously on Simota CAI. Felt that drop in works better for low end and CAI more on mid to high.

 

I am purchasing a 328 intercooler and will be going for ECU tuning as i tried a friend's car with the tune. It is much much much more powerful for the n13. Felt like a 328 :)

my driver's side door handle (rubber feel inner part) starting to feel sticky.

due to hot weather + sweaty hand

Vinyl lamination over it is not possible (future will have air pocket when it deteriorates more)

 

 

Heard this is common for most bmws

 

 

Get cloth wrap round it (like those seat belt wrap type)

change door handle..range $80 approx. but will deteriorate again later

 

anyone has done leather wrap+stitch and how much per handle?

Anyone uses the free spa package offered by PML that comes with your new ride? Any feedback on the polishing services?

If you have Paint Protection already, you cant use this spa cos buffing is involved which will remove the paint Protection so be careful!!
