Clear blue sky at Jurong area now, so will the new lower PSI reflect very quickly before the hour is up or will still wait?

If each household gets one box, confirm cannot drop in. Anyway, the gov is so stingy and $$$ minded, even if they give, the number will be based on the number of people living in there. If slot in loosely, it'll be able to slot in, don't forget, postman can open the main door of the letterbox and slot in and not through the slit.
