Adrianli Hypersonic June 11, 2018 Author Share June 11, 2018 Thanks for sharing. Looks like the same process that i went thru. I called TP before. Even after your DQ period expires, u can still drive w/o your physical license. I drove down to collect back my physical license. And now we have a record in TP books. If kena second time, the sentencing will be much much heavier. Drive safe, for now, enjoy our world class public transport. ↡ Advertisement

Adrianli Hypersonic June 11, 2018 Author Share June 11, 2018 Also for applying new car insurance policy, remember to declare. For renewal, they never ask. I declared for my new policy and they(insurance company) did not penalise me at all. Premium same as quoted on website.

AYE 22km flyover near joo koon MRT from tuas to town, limit there 80km/h. easily to exceed since down slope.

If the speed limit was 90 km/h, it would have been <40km/h... lol! Just checked the location on TP website. Likely kena ambushed. Its a mobile laser cam on a pedestrian bridge across AYE before Tuas flyover.....

My Malaysia fren Ford Ranger also got. Anyway, if adaptive cruise control can do complete stop, it will take off all the stress from start-stop traffic. The most fun part of driving with ACC is poke hogger backside.

Actually it really depends. Not sure if I got share in this thread before (quite a while ago already), but I actually got off quite lucky. I got caught doing 119 on West Coast Highway (limit was 70). So that was 49km/h over. I was prepared to go court already, but in the end I got compounded fine ($500 + 12 demerit points). Actually I suspect TP knows a lot more than we know, and sometimes they willing to give chance. Cos my job actually requires me to drive a lot, and I suspect they know this somehow (I never declare this anywhere to police or anything), and willing to give a bit of chance if the circumstances allow. Bobian, with ARF, we get all the stripped down versions in SG. Guess only the higher end Merserley models come with ACC. ↡ Advertisement
