Rear seat is spacious. Read above.

I won't say it's spacious but it's certainly adequate for an SUV. Slightly lesser legroom than a vezel but it's definitely fine for most people up to 1.8m tall.

The problem lies in the dark roof and the small rear windows that creates a smallish and claustrophobic effect.

One has to be in it to understand how that feels. I didn't like it when I was in it though.

Most of the Chr I'm seeing on the roads happen to be used by private hirers too. But so are vezels, the Opel mokka and qashqai. just for future buyers to note that they will have to be wary when buying a resale in future.

Go for long rides sitting at the rear, I like being able to stretch my legs. No kidding.

Haha, cheap & good? Value for money is the keyword... sg cars r the most ex in the world..lol..

Compare apple to apple..chr vezel qashai.. all 3 I sat in before.. vezel spacious, n lowest price of the lot (note: I didn't say cheapest..lol..).. qashai is a bit more cramped, but still lower price , engine ok boot not so spacious.. chr looks the best, interior like star trek.. but seating front ok, back cramped, boot smallest? Price is definitely higher..so who would buy these 3 models? Vezel - most economy n small family type.. the registered numbers tell.. chr? Least number I saw on the roads , n most very chio..like bumblebee yellow ones.. the flashy buyers I guess went for this type, I guess.. but hey, I am mostly only a passenger in these 3 types, so what do I know?? Sorry ah, just my 1 cent worth... Sorry... Sorry..

No cheap cars indeed. Get the best bang for buck.

That said, I am driving CHR and also a rear passenger mostly, when wife drives. The rear space is not much different to the Vezel. It looks small, but it is not. I also keep thing small when choosing, but, it's not. In fact, has a much superior ride at the rear than the Vezel. Apple to Apple, comfy vs uncomfortable. For 10k extra, I take the comfy anytime. Let's not forget the FC.

Haha, yup, to each his own man.. if u value the comfy n fc of the Chr over the vezel, for 10k more, than all the better, no?

Well, each diff car make have their likers n not, as long as WE think it's value for $ when we bought it, then that's what counts.. :)

Lol, Disclaimer: The above FC meters are real life readings. Subjected to knowledge of Hybrid Driving Style, happy to share in FB. C-HR owners, please join cogs in FB. Kristenchoo is not responsible for poor FC due to lack of Hybrid Driving Methods. Please praise leh..thank you.

As mentioned earlier post, all my friends are convinced there plenty space behind, rear adds a touch of privacy..very refined overall.

Neutral Newbie

To those C-HR owners that own the made-in-Japan version - when you half-press the turn signal, how many times does the signal flash?

The signal in my car only flashes one time but I want to change the setting to flash three times. I read the Toyota C-HR's English manual online, which said that the authorised dealer can change the setting such that the signal flashes 3, 5 or 7 times.

However, when I asked the dealer that I bought the C-HR from, he said the option to change this setting is not available on the made-in-Japan models. Can my fellow C-HR owners here please confirm that the turn signal in your cars also flashes one time only? If you have managed to change the setting, do let me know how. Thanks!
