Earthboy 4th Gear April 25, 2016 Share April 25, 2016 that is why China wanted to learn from puppy. how to legalized a single party system. we are a democracy yet is a single party state. One of the worst tragedy and best con jobs in political history has to be the MIW convincing a very significant chunk of the voters that elections are about town councils. With their total control of PA, RC,ability to control public funds as pap party petty cash... and even when all else fails, use the AIM tactic or simply install the losing candidate as the phantom power. What kind of democracy is this and why bother having elections? ?Its obviously just a way to divert attention from national issues. And for those with longer memories, these estate issues were not run this way back in the 80s. Why pay civil servants and ministers so much now to do so much less?As for the argument that running a TC is important for running as MP. Why? ??Ex.Defence has the highest budget. Shouldn't MP then run their own militias ?Singapore will go to war over water supplies. . Shouldn't MP run their own water supplies? When and how will the change come. . Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic April 26, 2016 Share April 26, 2016 that is why China wanted to learn from puppy. how to legalized a single party system. we are a democracy yet is a single party state. Simple .... 1. get rid of all those above 65 yrs old (retire them) who is holding power in every department (old thinking & refuse to change attitude) 2. get rid of their civil servants mindset that their rice bowl are make of iron 3. all civil service departments to start at 08.00am sharply 4. cut down the morning & afternoon tea-breaks to just 15 or 20 minutes. 5. cut down their lunch hour to just 1 hour 6. stop using connection to get things done Was in Hainan Island to do some document checks. Arrived at the Province Office at 09.30am, only 2 clerks in an office of ten tables. Enquire on some documents and they informed to wait for colleagues to arrive. 10.30am and they starts coming in. Then someone said that need their chief to look into it and their chief still not in office. He arrived at 11.20am. When inside his office and don't know what was he doing. Come out at 11.45am and said that he got lunch appointment and asked us to come back again in the afternoon at 3.30pm... All this happening was getting relative's contacts from the outside to arrange someone from the inside just to check document only to be informed to come back at 3.30pm. Told my relative, forget about it and never step into their civil service office again.. Few years later, got to know the reasons (when words leak out) what is actually happening in their civil service department. Just do not want to say anything as I don't want to deal with them.
