Inside the mind of Jurgen Klopp

A very good piece from Melissa Reddy. Recommended read for Pool or Klopp fans

Melissa's piece is indeed worthy of reading for LFC fans.

Klopp perceptive thoughts on what needs to be done to achieve the holy grail seems well articulated.

Clinical and clearly focussed.... chop chop.    [thumbsup]

After 13 years of association, Evertonians will not be having Chang beer starting next season.

Instead they will be drinking Carling lager......oh oh

Ok let's clear this up.

Apparently agents can talk clubs or clubs can talk to agents. All these are not tapping up.

Clubs only need to seek permission when they want to talk to the players directly.

Barcelona have not spoken to Coutinho. They only spoken to his agent. As said, his agent has been working behind the scene for his move to Barcelona.

Selling club is one who will sell players once a good offer comes along, regardless whether the player wants the move or not.

One example is Newcastle. They forced Carroll out because that £35m is too tempting.

We are not a selling club but at the same time, we don't hold a player whose heart is no longer with us.

when club owner says a manager has full backing, manager will b sacked soon. when a manager says the player is an impt part of the team, he will be sold soon. when a player says he is happy at the club n wish to play for many yrs, he will agree to move to a bigger club.

and it was reported that couti agreed on the move..argh!!!!!

yet another rebuilding disrupted.

Coutinho definitely not against it if not the agent won't go through the trouble agreeing terms with Barcelona. A move to Barcelona has always been on the card. All the while I having saying Barcelona want him as the successor to Inesta.

In fact, last summer they were already working on the deal but Coutinho didn't think that it was the right time to move and he is happy to stay on.

If we manage to keep him this summer, next summer probably he will still leave.

Rebuilding disrupted? Not in my opinion. Klopp never build a team around a player, so nothing will be disrupted. Losing him is bad but we will move on

according to the London Evening Standard’s Tony Evans

[rolleyes]:a-no:

There are a few pundits who only talk crap and he is one of them.

Coutinho played as the LW because he is the most suited. Klopp obviously think that his best position is in the middle of the park to pull the strings. In fact, if he bothers to read what Klopp said in that exclusive with Melissa, he will know that Klopp feels Coutinho can play various positions in his system.

Not ideal? That guy is a joker.
