I'm just voicing my opinion, of course I could be wrong. Let's see, no need to question whether I know Arsenal financial status in detail cos I never claim I know, chill bro!

My opinion is based on how Wenger has always operated n also quite logical that spending £125mil on one player will definitely raise questions on FFP. Anyway this news is in Mirror n espn as well.

I am perfectly chill bro. Arsenal bidding, not Liverpool. :D

It is because you mentioned about FFP, hence i thought maybe you know Arsenal's financial ituation and hence opined that they can't pull this off due to FFP.

Yup, as mentioned, if we based on past records, no way Wenger will do this, I totally agree. However, I am of opinion that Wenger and Arsenal can change their approach and do things that is totally illogical based on their past dealings.

As I had posted previously, Bayern is keen on Sanchez but obviously not at £50mil n with high wages. Ancelotti quoted as saying he is interested but at the right price. Sanchez may not end up there as his reported asking wages will break the Bayern pay structure as their highest earner reportedly Lewandowski earns much less.

Yup, precisely what I have said, Bayern is not pushing for Sanchez, but City are. Various reasons, Arsenal asking price too high and player's wage demand too much. Ancelotti basically signing the same tune as Bayern's board.

In gist, there are currently only 2 offers for Sanchez. One from City, one from Arsenal.

If u can remember I also question recently how Man City can afford so many purchases n wouldn't they possibly have issue with FFP n their purchases r of much lower costs but they buying a few hence the doubt from my side. So not only Arsenal but obviously for Gunners it's even more of a ? as it's on 1 player. Think it's a fair point of view from any neutral observer not knowing their respective financial status as the sums don't add.

Chelsea n esp Pool have generated income from sales of players so likely they can afford big purchases but of course up to a limit as well. United is the biggest revenue earner in EPL so they too shld be able to indulge in big purchases. This my educated conjecture only, cheers!

I don't think Ancelotti n Bayern singing same tune leh. Bayern board saying it makes no sense to sign a near 29yr old for such high sums ie they not interested whereas Ancelotti is saying he is interested.

Anyway I think the interest from Bayern is there but as u say not at that price. As usual Buying club hoping to get on the cheap whilst selling club hopes to get a high price so all sorts of news being put out to achieve their respective goals.

Same tune as in they are not keen on Sanchez. You achieve no goal by sitting there doing nothing when Man City already have an offer on the table.

You need to read Ancelotti correctly. He is interested at the right conditions, ie low fee low wage.

I am also interested to date Megan Fox, if she is willing to eat out at coffee shop with me. This is same tune as Ancelotti :D

Clearly, by not knowing their finance in details, we will not be able to know. All I can say is that, the clubs have accountants to work out how much they can spend as they have the books. For us watching from outside, without the details, we can never know for sure.

Further, FFP as mentioned before, is a 3 year rolling requirement. You can overspend in one summer, and still be able to stay within FFP by cutting back spending for the next 2 seasons.

Jason Burt of Telegraph reported that fee for Lacazette to move to Arsenal is now agreed at €53m plus €7m euros in add-ons.

Great signing for the gunners.

Mahrez apparently being weighed up if they can't convince Mbappe to sign.

I think the pain of missing out on UCL has forced either wenger or stan into action

I don't agree with spending 125m on a player but maybe they trying to use it to convince Sanchez and ozil to stay

FFP should not be an issue. Issue is the rule on wages

Sign mbappe, sell sanchez and use the wages to get ozil to stay... I believe this is the plan

lol, rather than saving the transfer budget for the next manager, he might as well make a statement of intent, get some big signings and get them back to UCL again...

N all this while he didnt get to spend lavishly....so b4 he goes, he wanna feel like a rich man n SPEND!!
