does the battery issue solve everything? i don't think so right

 

There's still the fact that older phones their OS is not going to be optimised since software engineers are always optimising for current generation or soon to be released phones.

Given that iOS works on a very streamlined principle with a pathetic amount of RAM by normal standards, your phone will never feel like new even with the battery swap stopping the throttling.

 

 

yeah i don't understand the concern over the world's most valuable company which has 200+ billion USD stashed abroad that it's willing to pay a 30+ billion dollar tax bill over 9 years to sorta legitimise this money

Just speculating over their performance before their quarterly announcement. I speculate in November already based on iPhone X specs. Now I think I battery replacement offer is the final nail....

 

I agree with u older phones are naturally slower with new iOS release. Apple should just let users turn off the throttling and that’s it. Now u offer cheap battery replacement.... after users replace battery, u think they will upgrade even if their phone feel slower??? Sometimes I wonder what all the VPs are thinking getting so much money.

Mine unlocks fine. With or without glasses. Even if I was yawning it unlocks lol, but yeah it won't unlock unless it detects your eyes.

No question asked. They will change it for you as long as you didnât modified your phone by 3rd party before.

 

I did mine at QCD, they will reset your phone before changing the battery. So you have to backup your phone before that.

 

If you go with an appointment, it will take 1-2 hour. Otherwise, the waiting time will depend on length of queue.

If change battery outside before, will they reject?

Anyway, this quarterly report is for quarter ending Dec 2017. The battery replacement mistake was announced late Dec. At first I thought Apple was trying to make money from services and thus trying to lock in customers but their iPhone revenue is so much higher than services....

 

I bet u the next quarter will also be bad. U believe me?
