you dislike a spammer and getting someone into negative points is totally 2 different thing? 

 

actually is very simple what, when you notice a spammer, step one is you dislike the post 5 points, step 2 you mention @pchou @babyblade @kobayashigt @ragingbull. 

 

If you want to be very very on the ball, you can do step 3, use the report button. 

 

I dont think there can be anything simpler than this liao...    

 

BTW, @ragingbull is @kobayashiGT arrow one, I read somewhere he mentioned.
