Rant..... Pointless Leave

My observation is that most people's life are dictated by daily routines of work and family, personal commitments, etc until it becomes sort of hamster wheel.

 

When the wheel stop working, one finds too much time on his hand which he is not used too.

 

For T S, having too much time on your hand, without people to spend with, you become bored or lost.

 

Cherish this opportunity to have time on your hands; learn to relax, sleep longer, go for movies or walks by yourself, spend some time with parents or kids.

 

Learn to be comfortable with your own self.

Remember, Loneliness is a State of the Mind.

One can still feel lonely in a crowd or company of friends.

In my life definitely not about work. Lol. 

I did a lot of work today

Brought kids to eat breakfast

Come home repair Aircon motor

Wash toilets

Clean up the corridor

Go buy dinner

Pang sai

Managed to save $400 today by repairing the Aircon motor

Not difficult

Turn off the mains, a few screws, take come out and hammer hammer a bit let the carbon dust dislodge abit

Spray abit of contact cleaner

Solved!

But motor won’t last long one

Tomorrow gonna go spare part shop to buy one to standby

 

I also repair the fan remote today

The off button doesn’t work

Took out the rear cover of the remote

Then spray contact cleaner on the button

Haha problem solved!

Saved $20 from buying a new remote

 

I lactose intolerant

So I drink coffeee, than Pang sai everyday

Have you guys reach a point where sometimes u feel taking leave is wasting your life away? More for people who has family (kids) where your life evolves around them. When you take leave and your wife did not take and you have to clear leave. Your good friends all have their own families and work so it's really yourself on your leave days. Pretty depressing... Rotting away at home and not travelling.

actually my leave is very precious as i reserve it for kids, parents and errands. planning for holidays and volunteer humanitarian trips help to refresh and remind ourselves to count our blessings too.

 

hope TS can find some meaningful purpose for your leave through the suggestions from the bros and sis here

Work is selfish, it just keeps you alive.

But sex keeps the human race alive.

 

If no sex the human race will just die out

hence the most important commandment

Go forth and multiply.

 

The human race is like 7 or 8 billion now

and we need to get to 10 billion.

Why 10 billion?

 

Cells divide and multiply and when it hits

10 billion it forms a consciousness.

You have a consciousness but you are also made

of billions of different cells.

 

Your brain cell is different from your blood cell

who is different from your muscle cell. But all these

individual  and very different cells work together for one purpose. You.

 

So when the human race hit 10 billion it will also form

a consciousness and we will collectively become one

individual with a consciousness.

Its not an accident that men think about sex every 6 seconds.

 

Its not an accident that we only want to have sex with beautiful women.

 

Why only beautiful women? Beauty comes from symmetry and symmetry

 

= health. No point mating with women with one eye or 3 legs not going to

 

help with the 10 billion.

It get the blood rising and that leads us to want to get to the 10 billion,

 

Basically men are a bit slow and hence biologically engineered not to forget

Even our language is designed to remind us of the 10 billion.

 

Hence the most important word on the planet the Chinese word

 

for good luck, success and prosperity - fook.

 

And the politically incorrect but factually very correct fooking like

 

chinamen. I see it as a tribute as fooking like chinamen resulted in

 

1.4 billion and that helps in getting to the 10 billion needed.

I was in the KPE in my fren's Forrester when he said look at that

 

fooking road hogger. Why can't he get out of our fooking way?

Thomas means twin and when I read Thomas  the twin its like twin the Twin

 

and the name Tommy Thomas is 3 twins.

 

So sometimes you go to a club on a Friday night and  a fren says will I get

scientists genetically engineered us first to have a bigger brain and secondly

 

gave us technology. One god going against the rule of the gods gave us fire.

His name is Prometheus and he was chained to a big rock and an eagle

technology is so that we can thrive (not get eaten by the other animals) and
