I actually feel bad for Spurs fans. Levy pressed the panic button just like Man Utd did getting Jose.

And it will end the same way.

Jose get sacked with a 18 million pay off.

:D

in modern football posh manage to stay at spurs for 5 years is consider very very long already , there will never be another AW  or alex.f.

anw i think both spurs n posh are tired of each other,  he never won anything at spurs, so top 4 is a min requirement, and it seem this season sure cannot.

and spurs fail to give posh the players he wanted. failure to sign coutinho etc and sell off those player running down their contract make posh lose his heart i think

Mou must be the richest Manager from all the sign on and sacking fee on top of his normal remuneration.

At least Poch had help to hold City to a draw. Mou can help in the later half of the season.

This is an interesting appointment. His DNA is exact opposite of Spurs so on paper, it's a mismatch but football being football and JM with his Machiavellian ways may just succeed. Let's see and early kick off this weekend is West Ham v Spurs!

Poch is the second best manager in England after Klopp.

Both beat Pep to get to the Championship League final.

And both didn't get to spend 1 billion pounds like Pep.

Imagine if Klopp or Poch has a billion to spend they would have done better than Pep.

Funny if Poch gets the Barça or Real Madrid job.

I will be so happy for him.

:D

I’ll be just as happy as some spurs players...hoping to hop over...

After being sacked by Man Utd, JM has been itching for another shot at coaching.

Joining Hotspurs as head coach will add some fun, excitement and unpredictibility in the EPL circus.

Frankly, JM has nothing to lose in accepting this job. It's £15m per year for 3.5 years oh dear - loads of money  $$$.

The question really is what KPIs are JM expected to deliver and if he fails how long will he last at Hotspurs. It's a hot hot hot seat for sure.

Whether it's a mistake or not is for Levy & his other owner/partner to decide.

JM's performance at Man Utd theatre of bad dreams might come back to haunt Tottenham again who knows.

Look like Levy & JM already worked behind door before the sack. Poor Poch deserve better.
