There is one ah tiong at my block walking round the void deck and mostly smoking at staircase.  He got caught by me earlier without a mask.  I pointed to mine and then at his face ...  "hey hey hey! " 

Bugger walked away glaring at me. 

What number to call to report non-compliance?

i reported a group of people below my block twice since last week, not wearing mask too. Till last night, they are still there.
