Kelantan Lane, quite a few hardware stores are open. But cannot enter the shop. Just stand outside and tell the boss what you need. Boss will then go and take for you. I was there yesterday to get a gardening spade.

The boss of one of the shop also very trusting and left his ipad on the counter and go in to look for the item. Anyone can simply grab his ipad and go.

Judging from the worldometer chart, number of cases and death reaches steady state arround early April. Afterwards death chart decline but new cases rises. How to explain that? 

Does hospital capacity is the limiting factor for the high death rate early on? These few weeks news no longer report run on hospitals or PPE.
