Don’t worry I don’t recommend crap. It’s really decent. Wife bought it so long ago that I don’t even recall the price. Hopefully they don’t cut cost with the new batches. 🤭

I remember it is made in Taiwan

This one the failure points will be the white plastic hooks.

then the ring spring can get dislodged from the clip. Or the hinge of the clip will break and everything fly apart…. Follow by mutterings of KNNNNNN!!! 🤭

found it, I think I bought two packets

told my wife these plastic pegs always break, I am buying spare parts for future replacement 😅

ended up never use

it says: for aluminium square type hanger use, 20 pieces

Made in Taiwan (my memory still good)

pegs are made from polycarbonate, no wonder so durable

After I done with my ac cleaning. I realised it's this syringe O ring seal has some greenish gunk which I tried to clean off. But also have some grease like quality. Most syringes at work just have a rubber stopper bung at the plunger. 

This type of spray bottle more than 10 bucks. Quite wasted if can't fix this problem. 

Cleaned off the gunk from the o ring area and tried to clean the syringe interior. Should be able to work again. But since it's dry already, not going to bother to try it with water and need to dry it all over again.

Can use any of those environment voucher or not? 

Think need to get quotes for changing the water heater already....😅

5.5 year old already leaking? Must check if climate voucher can use to buy which storage heater. As storage heater should able to use climate voucher.

Yah... I was looking back earlier replies... Supposedly 707 should be able to last longer.... 

Maybe this heater was used more often than the other at common bathroom. 

It's turn on and off daily throughout. 

Maybe the repeated heating and cooling causes minor cracks and leak.

No la. Lousy quality these days. My joven 25L only blew the element after 12years, now 15years later still all good. The other one 15years orig element. But used less.

storage heater proven Jove the longest lasting unless unlucky. Mine 13years while my dad one almost 17 years still working with no leakage

Element can replace. My common toilet one was 9 years (from prev owner) when changed

My room was slippery bcuz of the tiles. I had slipped and fell, and also my toddler.

So I laid some plastic/adhesive sheets from Shopee. But they wear out not long after, breaking into multiple pieces, And then I spend a lot of time clearing up the sticky mess.

The tiles became slippery once again.  I walked as if I have powder under my feet.

Finally, I pull out the tile conditioner by jackie called "Slip No More".  It worked well in the toilet, and now in my room. I bought it years ago from Horme, but they don't sell it anymore. I dunno what those contractors used, but this has worked well.

I think the leak is because there's no more sacrificial anode left inside the tank. So it starts eating the bare metal and finally it leaks.

Get a better brand like Rheem and change the anode when it's due.

Using floor tiles always slippery esp when wet. That's why many people use vinyl flooring esp in the bedroom.

Falling down not small case, can lead to serious injure or might even fatal. Have to be careful at all times.

It's supposed to be applied over a clean floor. I just use a sponge to apply it and let it dry. Instruction says to scrub it after one hour, but I didn't do that.

It lasted quite a while when applied in the toilet. So maybe if after a while I have to reapply, I'll try to do it again.

It's the cheapest option I can find, besides the expensive way of hacking away the tiles and replacing with non-slip ones.
