buy a mesh wifi... can cover well...

My system is actually more or less a mesh system with 3 nodes. But concrete walls and corners are still challenging.

Anyone using WhizComms home broadband service? Their service ok or not?

I switched out of WC to M1 a couple of years ago.  The bandwidth and reliability was not quite there but that was then.

Wire it up with ethernet - that's the only way. Is yours a new apartment/hdb?

New apartments the phone lines are basically already ethernet cables so you just gotta change the face plate.

Wired backhaul to 3 Asus routers using AI mesh. OK lah. It's only the mbr toilet and my service yard which has poor reception.

I looked checked this outa.  The extra data is only free for 6 months. After the 6 months, less than 10GB for $9.90

That is for the no contract. The one without the free gift of viu.

If sign contract for 12 months for the viu free subscription, it will be 20gb for the whole 12 months. revert back to 9gb after contract ends, then jump ship.

I struggle with mine for months just to change plans. Hesitate to change any now. The 4 big telcos aren't making it easy. If you have called in, they have even revised their service to charge if you wish to make request via phone instead of on line. Their online or that 'Ask Mindy' can't even answer simple queries.
