I did a transfer using the Apple's old phone to new phone method last night. 

 

For a 138GB data old phone to transfer to new phone took me about 45mins.

Got mine also from Paragon today transfer is breeze 2 hours since I I have 2 TB iCloud. All 258 to 258 GB is idiot proof. Sometime I just having headache with old phones. Now I have Xs and 11 pro idle.  After met some funny people in Carouhell I am lazy to sell direct to buyer.
