I see that we are back to the original question… the definition of FT.

those migrant workers are not FT. And those we need lots because we don’t have enough..

doctors nurse FT .. yes we need them but of course in measures n quantifiable numbers and not from single source .

FT in finance is probably the most blatant numbers where we have the whole friendship faculties migrated across.

I do see a need for FT but to be a mixed of different countries as well so that their is a fair balance of views and tech to support the industry. But needs to be moderated and not free access.
