I think not about who become the enforcer or how difficult the job of the enforcer is?! If they want to have such PMD here and then want to enforce it, then it is their job to do a good job and sustain the enforcement lo.

And even Giant and NTUC Xtra all busy making $$ selling these stuff, from last time e-scooters to now all the PMA/PMD... 

cannot even do enforcement to keep numbers down, yet on the other hand making it so easy to push the numbers up...

Aussie Manslaughter is equivalent to our Culpable Homicide not amounting to murder.

Involuntary Manslaughter:

By unlawful and dangerous act = causing death by rash act

By gross negligence = causing death by negligence.

This teenager is likely charged under involuntary manslaughter by unlawful and dangerous act.

So many illegal PMDs, PMA, ebikes atound. But no iron to enforce and confiscate all of them. Really pui!
