Nobody report traffic offense means offense didn't happen so TP do nothing. Nobody report accident means accident didn't happen so insurer no need pay damages. Also been reported on news that this is not considered as loophole in law. Peasants are too stupid to understand law properly.

Malaysia or not, avoid driving beside  a big bus or long wheel based truck when they are making a turn. In fact , as much as possible, avoid driving parallel to a big vehicle especially on a small road.

Truck too long but road too narrow.

I never line up side by side with any container truck.

Driver might not see my car

Most likely the truck had turned from beyond the double white line becos of the narrow angle...in order to negotiate the bend...taxi might have thought it'd go straight instead and proceeded with his turn into the slip road but kena kiap...😁

In this incident, I believe him.

I always drive Triton in Bolehland.

I understand it is not ez to manoeuvre such a big truck
