if this is across the road from West Coast MCD, they are going to lane 2 in order to go up the flyover. Lane 3 leads to South Buona Vista Road junction.

u wait long long for them to adhere to the rules....is very common in big groups now....see them everywhere...from Punggol to Tampines/Pasir Ris/Changi V....

If you are a car driver, and inhibits their route, u will get a taste of how rowdy they can be....:omg:

Of course I know as I have seen them at Pasir Ris / Changi areas. They can be in groups of 40-50s

Lets face it. The guidelines are not practical/strictly applicable in the first place. Only Goons will come out with such guidelines!

This way, LTA will able to monitor those cyclist and 'fine' them accordingly if they commit any traffic offences. :wut:

Go back a few pages, one of his posts, you will see that he vandalises cars when enforcement doesn't work on errant drivers in his neighbourhood. The focus was on the vandalism. Real toxic person.

A lot of times, it is locals who flout the law nowadays.

There was no Group size limitation prior to COVID.

Group size limitation was put in place in response to Drivers' feedback.

I rather TP send the limited manpower to catch drunk drivers.
