Sonos full set 7.2.4.

$$$

I got the Sonos Beam Gen 2, retail price about $800++, never add their subwoofer and rear speaker (Sonos One), find the sound very normal. Nothing special. If add the other two easily 2k plus, find it not worth. There should be a lot better brands out there at a lower price.

I find it's great for music in bedroom. To use as a HT in living or entertainment room for movie wise, definitely need to add a sub and a pair of sonos satu for better surround...

yup i use for movie, clarity of speech is good other than that nothing special and to add those total will be 2k plus already. Frankly speaking feel that it's not worth to pay for this price.

My ceiling is $1.7k thereabout, based on beam 2 + mini sub. Can't stomach the full sub being $1.4k when the beam 2 is $800++

Within this price range seems like LG and Samsung are the most value for money, with 5.1.x Atmos-capable bar + sub systems available.

I don't consider myself an audiophile, so until I get the opportunity to test out different bars, I am mainly weighing value for money in terms of paper specs.
