Newer cars yeah likely. Older ones don't come with this safety feature.

First day I get car open door to reverse park cannot. I call car salesman to say car spoil.

I current also have(My Brother's Car) a Honda Vezel Hybrid,P.I..2022 Car...i don't think it have...go back try again.

Hear say Toyota hybrid does not use engine to reverse, only uses EV mode for reverse. Hence, may not be so difficult to disable reverse when door is opened using code. Not sure if it's the same for Honda hybrid.

Honda Hybrid doesn’t have GB.

Mechanical reverse not possible

Have lah,when Battery not enough,Engine is running when Reverse.

In the name of saving center console space. Electronic parking brake is just one extra component to spoil.

That’s previous Gen Hybrid, I think.

In current Gen, there is a “transfer” case.
