Just got mine through Keymotor, their agent. No experience with their service yet but car wise good after 2 days of driving. Still learning how to use the info system.

For often use functions it would be good to set up short-cut taps so that you don't need to dwell too much into the menu.

I try to make one later.

Meanwhile try the following:

1. You tap on the "Home" button on the bottom right corner to go to the home screen / map screen first.

2.  Swipe in from right side of screen. You will see some default short cuts.

 3.   Scroll down the shortcut column till bottom and tap Edit.

4.   A screen with available shortcut functions will show up. Drag the desired ones into the shortcut column or you can drag out or delete the unwanted ones. You can also reposition the shortcut tabs.

Another question, while the warranty is under Vincar at leng kee, should our car breakdown, who should we call to tow it to the workshop?

It should be somewhere in the car the number to call for roadside assistance

There is a sticker like the usual car servicing to advise next service is in August or 5000 km and service center is leng kee lor. Service center don't operates 24x7 and I don't think they provide towing right?

Your SE refused to reply to you or pick up your call ah?  Or you bring spread sheet throw credit card squeeze until your SE showed you middle finger after you collected your vehicle?

He is new in this trade and need to keep checking with his boss/colleagues. So rather than waiting for him, I find out from experts here lor.

Oh you finally got the V. Happy with it boh? What car did you come from?

Question on the headlamps. If you put it to 'Off' and car is in D (not Park), will the still auto switch on at night?

I am driving Mazda 3. After 3 days of driving around 200 km, happy with the ride. Still experiencing with the info system but getting better and some guide here. Have not tried the head lamp on manual mode yet. What is your reason for wanting to switch off the head lamp auto mode? Last time I don't like this because it drains my battery. My battery for my Mazda has to change almost every year. For EV, it is just a fraction of the consumption right?

I don't know about other EV but for aion, the minute you open the doors, the ac runs. So sometimes you only want to clean up the interior, I would switch off the ac to save energy. This can be easily done via voice activation or LED panel.

I want the ability to off the lights because say when you are parking car, facing the ramp, the LEDs very blinding for drivers coming up the ramp. Or if I am turning into driveway to pick up my mum sitting on the bench, the LEDs very glaring for her, etc. Basically, I tell the car what to do, not Cina Skynet decide for me. For energy consumption for the lights, the lights are still powered by the low-voltage battery, not the main tualingkong high-voltage pack. I cannot remember if the Aion uses a lithium or traditional lead-acid for the low voltage. If lead-acid, prepare to change it as often as your Mazda. If lithium, if lucky can last till COE ends.

I noticed the Japanese cars (e.g. the new E Outback) allows this. The Auto function can be switch off.

For the AC on/off while u clean car, maybe there is a 'auto on' setting for the car you can toggle? My BYD has this toggle in the interface where you can choose if the car automatic on or stay off when I unlock and open the door. But maybe thats because the BYD still keeps a physical start/stop button in the car for old buggers like me. I also dont like car switch on when I go back open door to take wallet or card or whatever.
