My previous set of tyre has more thread than his.

I changed because it is losing grip.

This is especially so in wet MSCP.

yes, TWI is just a reference

I'll change early when I feel the tyres CMI even it has plenty of thread life left

I changed my BMW's Tyres when it hit 5 Years Mark,Mileage only 22,000Km,left 55% Tread..because i felt it "Harden".

Tyres are not environment friendly,usually end up in Landfill or burnt..causing pollution.

Tyre Shops love these type of Car Owners...hate those like @RadX,only changed Cars,never change Tyres.

I have a spreadsheet showing current tyre life, calculated base on the tyre life of previous sets

quite consistent and accurate

I can project when I need tyre change 

front tyres 57% (next change 17/10/2026)

rear tyres 85% (next change 19/7/2026)
