Tkseah Turbocharged February 26 Share February 26 I'm a bit confused.. some of the budget items like parf changes and ciggy taxes took effect immediately after LW budget statement on 12 Feb. Shouldn't the changes take effect after the budget debate and the budget is passed by parliament?

To be fair, when my dad passed away from cancer during Covid time, they did waive off a lot of the medical bills. ↡ Advertisement
