So many people suddenly turned up at this block. One look at their face, you can tell they're thirsty, hungry, and in need of a cigarette. Why no one in Yishun take initiative to sell some drinks and food to these hard working civil servants arh? Even the ice-cream uncle is missing.

Jaywalk and cause an accident is inconvenience other road users at best.

At worse they go to jail.

Think for himself only - don't know how to think other people suffers if he knock down or die.

We have young people in car accidents too. 

The woodland turtle Toyota driver very young. 

The marina square turtle car also young driver. 

CTE self skidded burning BMW 6 series driver also very young.

Should have helped him jump. Instead of air mattress, just lay a disposable tarp to make cleaning the mess effortless. Just wrap and throw.
