I meant write the vehicle number of the vehicle who block the entrance and the season lot... not your own vehicle number. In that way, if that vehicle owner paste the sticker onto another vehicle, he or she will look stupid as the other vehicle owner will know that vehicle owner is an inconsiderate driver.

OK, to make it simplify to your understandings, if I will to transfer a copy of commercial leaflet, a piece of dried leaf or a patch of bird sh1t from my windscreen to others windscreen, I am consider a mischievous person to do such naive act's.

Let's not get into more complicating facts about the note contents and individual basic moral values.

Sigh.... everywhere also got "champions" when it comes to parking... just don't understand why they won't take a look and check how they parked...or they simply don't care...

By a long shot, if any one knows the driver of white colt SFW3357J, pls tell him/her to be more considerate when parking.

Parked outside our warehouse entrance blocking our access and season parking lot and disappeared. Asked my neighbors but no one knows who's car it was. Wanted to call carpark office to clamp but decided to give chance so wrote a note to the driver telling him/her not to block our entrance and lot again or we will request carpark enforcement the next time and stuck it on the windshield. Instead of an apology, the ass stuck the note back on my car which I parked blocking my boss's car instead due to his/her inconsiderate act. Really make me regret not calling for the clamp in the first place.

Next time use superglue to stick the note - then the joker will not be able to stick it back on your car.  I usually use scotch tape.  Just do once, the driver guaranteed would never be inconsiderate again.

Hi All, I would need some advise regarding this issue. While I was reversing my car into a parking lot, another silly car came to stop beside me. I didn't notice him as i was looking at the rear, he did not horn and reverse, then my right front tyre touch his bumper. I did not have camera phone or in car cam because i was reporting to camp. We went to down to check there is no damage. However, the next day he made a claim against my insurance with photos and video. The photos show that his front bumper left side has white scratches and the bumper has misaligned. The video he submitted was edited to 6 sec, when his car was stationary, he removed the portion on how to he come to that position.  It rather strange because my car is malt grey color. have anyone caught in similiar experience pls share some your advise with me.

Johnson,

Did you made police report within 24 hours with No Claims basis?

If no, I suggest you approach your insurer to report about the incident in details.

End of the day, both insurer's should resolve amicably or 50:50 compensation due to the facts of light damage and repair cost.

Side note : Accident in carpark areas are 50:50 compensation. Never fail to keep a camera in car and making police report even the other party said no claiming against you.

I did not make any report because initially i thought it was a minor issue and there was no damage. i only realise it when i received the letter from my insurance. The real issue here is the other driver submitted the video and some photos of light damage. My motor insurance cannot determine the point of contact between 2 cars based on the video. And cannot explain why there are scratches mark in white color and my car is grey color. And they proceed to make an offer to the party.

With regard to your assumption of minor damage of the other party car and the different in fresh scratch of colour paint is not good enough in defenses out in liability, you must be firmed to explains to your insurer how and why the incident happened, never flips your statement and the insurer would buy your reporting.

Most likely the other party is proceeding Third Party Claiming against your insurer and if the compensation is low? Your insurer may accept without contesting the claim.

But..... You may innocently been marked and prepare to pay higher premium in your next insurance renewal.
