Genie47 1st Gear February 12, 2005 Share February 12, 2005 I planted a trap from Japan a week before CNY right under my seat. Now there are 3 roaches trapped in the sticky mat. If your passengers hate the smell of pandan leaves, these traps are for you. You can get them at Daiso for $2 for a box of 4 or 5. Just follow the instructions. I will see if I can get a photo of the trapped critters up. I will show you what I intend to deal with them too ↡ Advertisement

Genie47 1st Gear February 14, 2005 Author Share February 14, 2005 As long as my kid eats in the car, there will be crumbs. Crumbs invite roaches.
Panda Neutral Newbie February 14, 2005 Share February 14, 2005 If you wanna give them roaches some taste of instant chemical death, forget about Bygon and Sheltox. I feel that xiao-qiangs have evolved in this 20 years to become more resistant to household insecticides. It takes a direct hit with Bygon and at least 1 minute to kill a roach. In the mean time, it'll fly and struggle and run everywhere sending innocent folks in your house screaming away where they go. BEHOLD Aerosol propelled disinfectant, LYSOL. Direct a generous point-blank blast. Gurrantees a quick death in less than 10 seconds. Especially effective if sprayed from the front at its head. Leaves nothing toxic, smells pleasant so use it freely and generously. I am sure it BURNS them bloody roaches eyes and antennae to Timbuktu.
Genie47 1st Gear February 14, 2005 Author Share February 14, 2005 Lysol is bleach in aerosol form. That is why they kill so well. Nothing stands up to bleach!

Dtvox Neutral Newbie February 14, 2005 Share February 14, 2005 I think they can get in through the air con vent. Actually happened to a friend of mine while driving. Suddenly this roach just flew from the air con right into his face. He 'cau beh' the whole day. Luckily no cars around him else will definitely ended up in the headlines.
