He was eventually sent back to Philipines a few months later but his gang of friends (pinoys also) soon began to employ tricks to make me leave the company so that he can make a comeback. The tricks involved not teaching the skills/info needed to do my job, hostile stares and badmouthing. The badmouthing went something like this. The pinoys would observe all your movements and behaviors. Slightest mistake you made and they would exaggerate it and spread to others. I was sick during one period and took medication which made me drowsy and the pinoys would complained that I kept yawning non-stop during office hours/training/meeting and was not interested in my work. True account of being bullied by Top Insurance here: Haiz gan si lang suay really this incident... never had experience with claims against accident, first time learnt my lesson the hard way! Earlier this May, on my way home, back into my MSCP, as I entered I saw this red Chevy enter from the other entrance and she vroomed(maybe she tot I trying to cheong with her for lots) down to basement while I seeing she go down, I rather go up to 2nd floor... then as I was going up to 3rd floor this Chevy was super fast, already behind me on my back! Ok never mind, carpark was terribly full, so I proceeded to 4th floor and she was still following close behind... Finally left 1 lot on 4th floor, so I know she is very close behind me so I stop and turn on hazard light(which i usually don't) to let her know I going to reverse into that lot. Halfway reversing it happened! This woman was d*mn impatient, before I could reversed in fully, in her impatient attempt, was trying to overtake me in a narrow single lane and in her urge(maybe she needs the toilet or what) to do that, this malay woman(in tudung) hit my left side! We both came down to take photos etc. My idea was to settle this in private and she was initially ok with the idea then her father came down and told her not to pay a single dime for it. I was d*mn fed up cos her father was not only being difficult in refusing to fill in anything in our XXX accident report, he even threaten me to report to police etc. I told him don't anyhow threaten police when no one is injured cos they won't interfere in such personal case. Seeing how it was going nowhere, I gave up and told them I will claim against their insurance and left. And so I went to XXX Auto the next day and fixed the car for 200+ and got them to claim against her thru 3rd party claim. This chevy was still in the same carpark and it was unfixed throughout all this time whenever i see the car in the carpark. Then suddenly Yesterday... I received her counter claim against me! *Angry* The problem now is LXX , the appointed auto consultants told me the claim against her is very likely to fall through and her claim against me will actually go through because "thats how the traffic rules work" - they claimed that all reverse cases all liable to reversing party. They advised that I settle this in private with her and pay for all the legal fees else it might affect my NCD etc. I in dilemma now cos this would mean i either fork out the money(legal and handling fees + repairs adds up to 800+!) to pay in private or let it affect my NCD and premium(which also means $$$)!!! So brudders, in such cases, I learnt my lesson men, better settle this in private with all black and white written, else it is gonna bring prolonged anger and $$$!

Today, after refilling at a petrol station, I proceed to pay up at the counter. When I approach the counter, there was nobody there paying and there were 2 counter girls there talking to each other while topping up their cashier's machine with coins. So when I approcah them and said: "How much for pump 1?" they ignored me and continue their own stuff. Ok, I take it they are still busy topping up the cashier's machine or checking the accounts on the machine so I waited for around 10 seconds. Then this old uncle came along and actually physically pushing me aside and place his 10 dollars bill on the counter. At this moment, one of the counter girls looked up and asked him: "Uncle, which pump?" while the other counter girl continue unwrapping another roll of coins into the machine. Wah. After stunning for 2-3 seconds, I said loudly "Hello!!!I was here first". Then the counter girl attended to me. The Uncle still refuse to give way till the counter girl ask him to stand slightly aside for me to sign the bill. What is this man. If the uncle is in some sort of need and cannot stand in queue, I could have gladly let him go first. But he actually walked right in beside me and shove me aside quite forcefully without saying a word. Wah lau. That's what got me mad. Then the counter girl take me as if I am transparent. Haiz...don't know what to make out of this. Siao.
