  2. With the blessing of his family, a documentary about Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher's racing career is set to open at the end of this year. As reported by Motorsport Magazine, the film will showcase Schumacher's Formula 1 journey starting from Jordan, Benetton, Ferrari to Mercedes-Benz. It has been 25 years since the legend claimed the first of his seven Formula 1 championship title. Fans will be thrilled to hear that the documentary could include the footage of the racing driver at home with his family since his near-fatal ski accident in late 2013. It could also feature footage from his recent 50th birthday celebrations in Mallorca and will include interviews from wife Corinna and father Rolf along with children Gina-Maria and Mick. Produced by German production company B 14 Film, a trailer of the documentary film is expected to be shown during this month’s Cannes Film Festival. “Michael’s outstanding career deserves to be celebrated 25 years after he achieved his first of seven world championship titles,” Schumacher family spokesperson Sabine Kehm said. “We are happy this film will be in the hands of such ambitious and sensitive professionals.”

  4. Nobel prize winning author Ernest Hemingway's last car was a 1955 Chrysler New Yorker Convertible. Hemingway left the car on the island of Cuba before his suicide in 1961 and from then onwards, the vehicle has somehow disappeared from public view. Presumed to be lost, the car was found a couple of years back and now is the subject of an upcoming documentary about the car's history and ongoing restoration process. The New Yorker Convertible has been passed around between members of one family and there are plans to restore the car to its original condition. But, due to the United States trade embargo on Cuba, plans of restoring the car has come to a dead end. The United States trade embargo imposed on Cuba prohibits the trade of US made products to Cuba. The documentary follows actor David Soul as he tries to find a way around this embargo and get the car back on the road. David Soul is the actor who played the role of detective Kenneth Hutchinson in the television show Starsky and Hutch during the 1970s. After taking an interest in the restoration project, Soul's British passport enables him to supply the right car parts for the project and they hope that the car is able to be restored in time for the International Hemingway Colloquium which will be held in Havana in June 2013. A trailer for the documentary was released in December last year and you can catch it here at Red Earth Studio
  5. Horacio Pagani follows the legacy of Ferrucio Lamborghini of creating an alternative to Ferrari in the world of super cars. Pagani worked for Lamborghini during the 80s and worked on the development of the Countach and the earliest portions of Diablo development. To celebrate the introduction of its second, completely new model, the Huarya, Pagani has produced a 15 minute documentary examining the car's development. Very interesting documentary. Worth to watch and lose fifteen minutes of your day to see the construction of a sccessful supercar brand that maintaining its status has been able to keep itself in a very tough market. 7. I was aghast how the police setup the roadblock, how they react(or lack of it when a suspicious car approaching the roadblock suddenly stop some distance away and how sometime later 2 policeman approached the car with long baton!. Some gunfires exchanged, then later the gunfires died down, one hero policeman approached with his long baton! the car, knocked on the car. At this point, I think he expected the car door to open and the "hello" coming from inside. Instead when the door was open, the lone policeman was sprayed with bullets. You can see his body slumped onto the gunman with his back riddled with gunshots in red. And they hailed him a hero. Unnecessary hero and death.
  8. Mythbusters is my all time favourite. Never thought a show so boliao can be so educational. I also like Dogfights but they are too US-centric. Everytime is the Americans win.
