Imagine heading to work in the morning, thinking it was any other regular day. You arrive at your car and see it smashed. To add salt to the wound, the culprit has fled.

This happened in STOMPer Eugene's neighbourhood. He was passing by this carpark at Block 49 Dorset Road yesterday morning (May 27) when he saw two cars smashed.

"I heard that it happened in the middle of the night. The car smashed into the blue car, and the impact was so great that the blue car hit the white one too," he said.

All who DUI drivers should be caned and locked up for at least 3 months plus vehicle confiscated. Only such extreme measures will drive home the message.

Would I be correct to say that in this case its evidently clear that the blue car hit the silver one causing damages but it is hard to prove that another car had hit the blue one. End of the day, the silver car can claim damages against the blue one, the blue one LL.

don tink it works tat way. insurance onli covers vehicles wif consented drivers. but in tis case there is no driver. so popoli self repair or self claim. LL for both parties [smallcry]
