Scratcher catch on camera but..........

Really can't imagine that the SPF is so useless. Even with all the evidence and they still take such a long time to proscecute that b------d.

 

The problem with SPF is their job TOO "CUSHY" nowadays....so ended up being TOO COMPLACENT

Now I will look out for this SOB if he is parking near me.

I hate those SOB who scratch ppl's vehicle...

My encounter was

1 long scratch on right door.

1 deep scratch on right door.

1 bloody dent left from a darn lorry opening the door .

1 deep scratch on left front from peeling off embazle.

1 smash windscreen.

 

Reported Police also but till now no one was caught.

There are so many sick ppl around...

Right now I have left all the scratches on the car and I did not even respray it. Hoping that when they see this car with so many scratches, they will just leave it alone as it had quite alot of scratches already.

 

I have to replace the windscreen as its rather dangerous to drive with a crack windscreen.

Sorry to hear about your case. Glad that the scratcher is caught on your on-board camera. Hopefully can settle the case soon and pray that the judge award you reasonable amount to compensate you for your lost.

 

Can share the cost of installing the cam?

 

if it is cheap and can capture daily events I do not mind installing it too...

Think u need to find a better MP to write a stronger letter to the police.

But sometimes, investigation really use a lot of times.

Especially when cases which does not involve in death or not under criminal charge.

 

But now, the police has confirmed that the kuku has commited fraud / cheating to civil servant by giving false statement, that should increase the pace now.

 

What you can do is maybe write into the SPH forum / newspaper or the media and let this case be known and also to provide clear image of that kuku. Normally, media report can help to increase the pace of it.

Time to shame this kuku in public.

 

Hopefully your case will be close soon.

bro what camera are you using? i am intending to get one too, there has been repeat vandalism on my car though it wasnt that bad until tires were punctured but there are deep scratch lines on both sides of cars prob more than 10 lines from different occasions all at my hse's carpark..

After the clown had been convicted in court, you may also take up a civil suit against him to recover whatever losses you haev incurred.

 

Do have original/duplicate copies of the receipts, insurance reports, Police reports, chrono details etc for the civil suit.

 

Do ask for help in here if you need any; there some lawyers 'lurking' in this forum. And I trust that bros here are with you and wanted to teach the clown a good lesson.
