Can get such oils all the time. Used to go to forklift enterprise to buy a pail of Mobil delvac for my diesel van. 
If you go read bobistheoilguy, can see it’s quite good stuff

Bought some Castrol edge 5w30 from lynlex. Bmw LL01 oil. So good stuff with long life. $7.50 per liter. But I think sold out now.

Most places charge at least $30 labour for oil change now. Maybe there exist $20 ones somewhere. But have not heard of any. Maybe just use their packages might be cheaper.
