How much is d nett price for d Mazda 6 premium currently?

Hey Jailbird/Astra,

 

Did not advised earlier since had not signed but just did so after rushed back from KL directly to Lengkee.

 

Think good deal albiet missed the launch offer 1 mth ago ... <110k (certainly not 118k) for the 2.0l executive with waiver of sgd4k trade in car i.e. none but need min. 30k loan for 1 year at 2.38% plus standard goodies of service voucher, front/back dvr, solar film etc. but officially non guaranteed coe albiet all previous car that SE sold was successfully bidded despite non guaranteed.

 

Silver can collect in Sep but ordered white is Oct/Nov .. now to finger crossed for COE that will be bidded more aggressively in Oct since car only to be made at factory in Sep.

 

Please noted only 3 years warranty unlike typical added 2 more years for engine and gearbox while mitsubishi offers 10 year engine warranty .. wow !

Anyone went back to Brila Coating for maintenance ? Or most went to do coating with other? If so, need to remove the Brila coating first?

U have the free dezire package from TEK? There’s a 1k servicing voucher. U can use the 1k to buy a brila maintenance set at 160 and can used to maintain the coating for 4 times. Each time u just pay for the manual polishing at 80.

Took d exec package mainly bcos of d 17 inch rims, keyless entry, bose system and of course d streamlined information on d windscreen...

What about the safety platform as well as BSM in d exec version ?

 

These are towards 5k and all factory fitted, including leather seats.

 

8k difference is fine for me.

Understands .. different need and different stroke.

 

For my CO, I wish for all latest and greatest safety features ... having included BSM for her is one wish as she had been driving the last 3 yrs with one.

 

She has also has a 10k+ sound system in her last ride but no intention to do the same in her mazda 6 and the bose system is yet another wish of mine for her.

For my CO, I wish for all latest and greatest safety features ... having included BSM for her is one wish as she had been driving the last 3 yrs with one.

 

She has also has a 10k+ sound system in her last ride but no intention to do the same in her mazda 6 and the bose system is yet another wish of mine for her.

This is not an uncommon way to disable the stop-start permanently with disabling the bonnet sensor switch and glad to hear that it may work ... have at least some hope then :)

Understand ... the harmon kardon system in my forester fxt was also removed and refitted with tens of thousand of aftermarket system but this mazda 6 shall remain stock and guess not worse than one without this bose upgrade. 

Believe your mentioned 600 system cannot have processor included that allow tuning while I hope the bose system is already tuned to have the correct staging at the least and hence 9/11 speakers utilized ... else no fun hearing right speakers nearly to driver position being inevitably louder.

 

The issue of such factory fitted system is that the amplifier(s) used are low powered class D ones especially since needing to power so many speakers while keeping power drawn very low.  With such low power and 9 or 11 stock speakers, one cannot have much expectation except only better than one without ... even >10k option of Mark Levinson system heard in Lexus is so so nia.

 

The forester fxt's harmon kardon system has subaru's rockford speakers upgrade and not sure if Mazda's bose one has such option but it need to be from them for matched impedance and tuned conditions else anyhow aftermarket ones may not work better ... will goggle more to find out.

I am lloking at disable stopstart but dun know he also provides autolock which is great.

 

3 mths later then .. hopefully ..keke !

 

All my ride disabled this stupid stopstart and include autolock with aftermkt fixes.

I'm driving the 2018 mazda 6 and found the istop to be quite controllable. If I gradual brake and keep a light pressure on the brake pedal, the istop doesn't activate. It activates when I put a firmer pressure on the brake. It works like that so far and I kinda like it.

Istop just press the button every time drive off to disable.

I remember the car auto lock when start driving. The function should be default setting.

I'm driving the 2018 mazda 6 and found the istop to be quite controllable. If I gradual brake and keep a light pressure on the brake pedal, the istop doesn't activate. It activates when I put a firmer pressure on the brake. It works like that so far and I kinda like it.

How to combine with auto hold? I like the auto hold at traffic light so that can relax my foot.

Not sure if not press firm, the auto hold will be activated.
