richard_crl032 6th Gear June 22, 2019 Share June 22, 2019 Hi mazda bros, Just fitted mazda android auto at few dollar less than sgd600 ... Disappointed ... all functions here and hope you use Apple phone cos much betta it seems but wife on android and quite bad with lousy GUI. Basically nav, phone cum message and limited music apps only with google voice assistance which also pales againt Apple's Sirius: http://www.royalsouthmazda.com/blog/how-do-i-use-android-auto-apple-carplay-in-my-2019-mazda-vehicle/ I have tunein, googlemusic and tidal apps installed in my phone but I have problem. Favorite tunein for internet radio that I had hoped for does not show up while other 2 music apps do .. think tunein app is supported only apple play and not android auto in the mazda gadget. Very much just using googlemap and cannot say vfm although still good for wife against stock nav together with goggle voice assistant while losing nav display in headup unit display. No surprise then .. my android HU in my forester beats the shit out of android auto .. not recommended unless you wife needs and wants it integrated. If I am wrong and mazda android pkay does support tunein, please advise how to do so .... Hope this helps bros if planning to install especially if on android phones :( Cheers. JMonk Clutched June 22, 2019 Share June 22, 2019 I've been stalking this forum in preparation to get my first car for awhile now. I have shortlisted m6 and had signed up on mazda site for a test drive. Have been days and no one contacted me yet. I've noticed some forumers request members to recommend se. Is that the way to go? Or should I just walk in to showroom?

But this is inclusive of 6k overtrade n some disc etc. Standard will be 5k cheaper. We were all given open cat. So in a couple of days to say 2 wks we will get our car. I signed for the demo vehicle at 4k off. Its exec. Go down to leng kee bah to test drive n buy bah if u feel the price is right.

Spurman Supercharged June 23, 2019 Share June 23, 2019 Just walk into the showroom to do test drives. No need to make appointments, unless u have a SE in mindYest they having "demo" show room units for further disc also. The nett prices r all shown. So mazda 6 standard 99888.00 Exec is 114888.00 5k diff. Omv diff 4k. So imho exec is a good deal.

To name a few: Led drl Keyless entry Blind spot monitoring Active driving display If u regret and choose to do it aftermarket, it might eventually cost the same or even more for exec

Accords and passat or even the opel insignia as compared to the mazda 6 executive though. But for 105k priced and for a 4.8mtr plus length car, the features offered is not bad liao. Got lane departure warning though it dun have the lane keeping thingy. Diff is one gives a warning but the other also helps u auto correct back if i am not wrong. The head up display is another nice feature to have though not necesary a must have.

Richard Hi bros on mazda android auto, Been advised free tunein wun show and only if paid .. good to know ! Also workaround but not tried is to use voice to call tunein app, log off and log back again and it will be listed. All said, paying monthly just for app to call on other radio channels is dumb and expensive .. it is not like music providers of tidal, spotify etc. Cheers. Richard I was able to use Tunein for CarPlay (Free version). But Tunein app is not stable because sometime only have sound without Tunein screen. It will show the CarPlay default screen and need to use iphone to change channels.

Hi Nkw, At least carplay sometimes have sound and with tunein screen ... android auto never get tunein screen with free version. Moreover, carplay screen looks half decent while just realised on kaki's Pioneer HU that AA is the same display and like lower primary school exercise book :( Cheers.
