I see . . . now waiting for his comment . . . . eeh @mustank  ^_^

eeehh ehhh  for flossing in between teeth hor  [grin]

I have one, it's useful, but I'm lazy to use it.

Generally I fall back to the old oral b w/mint flossing threads.

I can use this anytime without getting myself wet.

Also the water flosser is a bit limited, if you have food really wedged tightly in-between teeth.

Yes, water flosser is good for those wisdom tooth/molar deep set area that are hard to reach with normal dental floss. Especially so when there is a cavity which dental floss or even electrical tooth brush also have hard time reaching in.

I use the Panasonic one
Very good
Becuase I have 3 wisdom tooth
Those food keep getting stuck
This water flosssr is a god sent
First time use sure blood come out
Pain pian
But don’t give up
After a while your gums will get season
Then will bleed already
Then you will complain how come not enough power ah :XD:

OT abit.

Any one uses a water flosser? Good?

I have the Philips Airfloss.

https://www.philips.com.sg/c-m-pe/philips-sonicare-airfloss

I don't think it's a real substitute for flossing but you should see it as a tool to clean out anything your flossing may have missed.  It's a real life saver when you use it to clear the bits and pieces of food caught between your molars / wisdom teeth.

Does not cause bleeding gum as it fires between 1 to 3 jets of water (you can also use diluted mouth wash) with a press so its not like a "blow torch".

I think Vratenza has one as well.

Agree on that part. That's why I also have those plastic tooth pick cum floss on standby for those difficult occasions.

I use the plastic backing from my medicine blister packs. [laugh]

It's thin enough to slide in, and hard enough not to break up.

I use water flosser.

It's great.

Wish I had when young would have stopped so many painful visits to dentist

Actually I can see dentists going out of business if people use water flosser and electric toothbrush.

But I also use an interdental brush before water flosser.

'Many people use floss to clean in between teeth, but an interdental brush offers an easy, practical alternative. In fact, studies have shown that interdental brushing is actually a more effective way to remove plaque than flossing, when used in conjunction with normal toothbrushing.'

i thought stains need those teeth brightening procedures. Apply gel or use those special lights to shine etc.

I have the cheapo oral-B vitality only.

Anyway i just bought a lot of replacement brush heads. So not going to change.

Me too, I bought 20 precision clean replacement brush heads from Amazon US recently, after shipping, still cheaper than main street price.

After more than 3 years of twice daily usage , my Oral B Pro 1000 is no longer holding charge, I am moving on to Pro 1500 (basic model) which comes with Li ion battery, hope it can last 5 years. Lol

I use dental floss until I gave up

Just a word of caution. Don't use the max pressure option too often, I think it can damage the gum. I am using a water pik.

I was in Japan before and saw the Chinese nationals raiding the Omron and Panasonic ones.

I bought an Omron one to try. Its much better than the Braun I have been using.

Neutral Newbie

You may think I'm crazy but I hate electric toothbrushes... It seems to me that I smell something like burned plastic while using it. It doesn't matter which model  I use, a cheap one or expensive one, that feeling is still the same. I prefer this organic bamboo toothbrush. It's good both for my health and for the environment  [laugh]

In what way is this good for health compared to normal brushes?

How to be sure that the bamboo used is grown in environmentally responsible way and using only 100% organic method? How to make sure no chemicals have been leeched into the bamboo during the manufacturing process? How to make sure these chemicals don't leech out slowly during brushing? Any international safety certification?

To be truly organic, the bamboo toothbrush bristle should not be made of any kind of plastics, bcuz the bristles are the ones that touch your teeth and your mouth, not the bamboo stick you are merely holding onto.

So what shall the organic toothbrush bristle made of ?

horse tail maybe.
