Why don't you just keep the car at home and take a cab there and back then? doesn't make sense to drive and park at a "there but not there yet" type of place.. no 3 no 4..

Open carpark at this Armenian Street(Fort Canning Park) behind the Peranakan Museum, near to City Hall MRT. Or other side of Fort Canning near to Bencoolen St, opposite Park Mall near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT.

Because we are going over to her mother's place to stay for the night. Therefore we are thinking of parking the car somewhere in the town area and after our shopping spree, we could simply drive the car to her mother's place...

It is quite a distance from my place to her place and we might end of shopping spree rather late

Dude I think you should just take a cab.

Parking in town is no longer cheap like before and if it is, you can bet that the experience will be worse than unpleasant.

No offence, as a longer term solution maybe you want to consider to sell you car, save on all parking road tax petrol insurance maintenance etc....and use the money to take cabs .

Will probably be more convenient for you and her in the end.

Neutral Newbie

Go and google SMRT park and ride scheme around city area. See where got than park there. $3 from 7am to 9pm.

Cheapest rate already. Last time I know stadium had park and ride.

With it close down now, you need to go and source it your own.
