so far none of us had our ps3 jb-ed. I am not familiar with ps3 jb. but from the forums that I have read, it seems that Sony is acting very tough on this.

ya, each game is expensive, that is why I only buy 1 game each year.

 

I only play FPS, so it is still ok for me. I am hooked to EA's Battlefield. Usually they will release a new series 1-2 years time, so it is still ok for me.

 

some games have trial ver in PS Store. Fifa is one of it.

once your new home internet is up, u can try signing up for PSN and try out the PS Store.

 

i think PS3's version of jb is a thumbdrive. probably only FS knows more. but seldom see him here.

ya, I don't need to login to EA for BF3 SP.

speaking of BF3 SP, I need to look for those youtube walkthrough liao. need to unlock those trophies in each SP & Coop mission.

 

i completed my SP....but only easy. what are the trophies to unlock?

each lvl has a unique trophy, some hidden too. u need to do very specific things to unlock it. for example, in 1 campaign stage, u need to shoot all 4 spot lights (in the street) to get that trophy.

I just came to know a very difficult MP trophy last night. It is called the Warrior Trophy. Need to do a kill from the jet, tank and assault rifle, in a single life. how is that possible?

When you come out of the tunnel, halfway through the last mission, you approach the bank that has been surrounded by Police and engage terrorists in the bank, the idea is to storm in. BUT... if you stand behind the Police Cars and do not pass them, the terrorists inside the bank will spawn for ever. As one of your 2 man team runs out of ammo the other player rens back underground to the last ammo crate, which does not despawn, and gets more ammo and returns to the Police Cars, sending is buddy to do the same. Apparantly doing this for an hour can earn you over a million points, opening up all Coop unlocks in a single session.

that's true. I got my 2nd controller free actually, when my phat ps3 died on me that is.

 

I think some bros hv bought fifa12.

a couple of them also playing fifa11 if I am not wrong. saw them online on fifa11 at times.

I didn't try that. I got all (if not most) of my coop pts from the flying mission.

was practicing my flying then till the point that I unlocked almost every weapon.

just a qn.. when i on my ps3, the controller has to be plugged into the usb port first before it will be on?

 

how does the controller work wirelessly? is there a battery inside? im clueless on this...

I think need to start with the jet first. if can get a heng heng kill, then bail out at the tank spawn site. and end with a assault rifle kill. the main prob is, how to get a jet kill?

the controller is a wireless controller. but you need to hook it up with your ps3 usb when you turn it on for the first time. after that, turn on your controller by pressing the middle round button - it is called the PS button.

 

there is a battery in controller, so you need to charge it when it runs out. you can see the status of the battery whenever you turn on the controller.
