If you are kidding with us, this is not ticklish

If you are not, you may want to go for IMH check-up (you dive like that van driver?)

Which part of my post do you think I'm kidding with u.. [hur] [hur]

Edit: U don't know me, so you don't know how I drive.. I think u're the one who needs a mental checkup..

And yeah, I was wondering how u clocked so many posts in such a short time.. Now I know.. 10+ posts in a row when u could have consolidated them into one..

Dear driver, if you are reading this thread pls register and tell us if you were in some kind of emergency as this is very serious. 2 same offence in role with 24 pts on the line.

If you know the driver, pls let him/her know. Sending it in first thing tml morning.

You report. Whatever happens next is no longer your responsibility.

You don't report. Whatever happens next goes on your conciensce.

Good job ... Bro Stiener ... please send in the videos to TP but I am not sure whether TP will take any actions.

You are doing a good deal ..... as there is potential that this driver could have cause a very serious accident and kill someone .... especially at the first one where he speed up to beat the traffic lights. He could have killed someone at the corssing. Furthermore, beating one traffic light is "bad" enough, he actually beat another one within the next few traffic lights.

Please send the videos to TP.

BTW, urgent delivery or not, it is not my concern .... my concern is the safety of the other road users.

the driver dont look like rushing for time but seems to be distracted... from 1st video he delayed moving off when the lorry infront of him moved... hmmm the plate looks familiar....

Report 1 incident. 12 pts should be good enough warning.

Report 2 incidents, confirm license gone. It is a van, I suppose this person could be using it for his livelihood.

I do not know if the driver was in any hurry but we know that sometimes they are often pressured to deliver on time.

Report 1 incident, TP might not do anything.

Report 2 incidents = good evidence that driver is a reckless driver...

If that person is using license for his livelihood, y not protect and value it by being a safe driver?

Furthermore, it is the company van / asset and not for the driver to drive around recklessly.

he will not lose his licence if someone is willing to face it for him...

The first incident we can maybe forgive and forget...

but to do it at continous traffic lights show this driver to be one not aware of other ppl safety...

report him pls...

I am not sure if his license will be suspended.. And I suggested reporting one incident.. -___-"

Actually...if report 1 then it has to be the 1st one cos the 2nd part does not show the license plate number clearly.

Short and sweet. I get your point. Thanks

This sentence gave me 2 ideas.

1) I might know which coy owns this vehicle.

2) I have seen this van committing other traffic offences prior to this.

Aiyar, wanna report better report both lar. Dun give that bugger the chance. As for the 2nd video, let the TP investigate and decide ti charge him or not. As I view the 2nd video is as guilty as the first one. I believe the TP got the technology and means to magnifield the video image and the 2nd video is the crucial and final nail to judge the Van Driver is guilty of reckless driving. Wanna send, send both. Else just drop the idea and go on with your life. If any accident involved with this van with fatal death, then you got to carry the conscience with you for the rest of your life.

I feel the TS should simply MYOB.

You've installed an in-car camera for your personal benefit, not for the benefit of the TP.

Make your taxes count and let them do the hard work.

Cannot like that say, if no one report to TP than many such more driver will get away with it. You can't expect TP to be everywhere around the island 24-7 right? [laugh] [laugh]

The main thing is to show clear message to people who want to take chances that with advancement of technology, it is so much easier for them to get caught. So if the driver still persist to take chances, than too bad, he have to face the consequences. No doubt about it.

The problem is his attitude. I don't think it's a one off beat the red light situation. He is probably a serial red light beater. I once was witness to a van driver who beat the red light and seriously injured a motorcyclist and his pillion. TP told me that without a witness they could not prosecute the van driver as he insisted he did not beat the lights. We need such clowns off our roads.
