Leinad8919 Turbocharged September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 My grandpa had this problem so he just turned his bed 180 degrees. Claimed his stiff neck went away and also threw his Viagra pills away. Maybe grandpa didn't swallow the Viagra hence the stiff neck ? ↡ Advertisement

Janling3 6th Gear September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 Just to share... Nowadays, without our knowing, all smart gadget force us stain our neck, shoulder, arm, wrist, muscles at very extreme angle as these gadgets are all attention-grabbing for quite a long time, be it smart phone, note book, etc. In the end, our standing, sitting postures are compromised. Kurty Supercharged September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 Stiff neck or shoulder confirmed due to the pillow plus incorrect posture during sleep. I had purchase 4 pillows, hoping to tackle this. from soft type, to memory type and even the high end type from seahorse. nothing seems to be working.. I visit TCM every fortnightly for 2 hrs session, massage and cupping etc.. it helps, by bringing my neck back to normal. Each day when I work up, I will do some simple exercise, neck and shoulder stretching. it really helps. I believe mine is consider a mild case, the stiffness on my neck at times, will give me spinning headache.. I try not to consume painkiller unless need to.. For stiff neck and shoulder, if able to find a good TCM usually should be able to improve the stiffness. But TCM always needs to take lots of session and it is an on going therapy which might take up lots of time and money. Each session cost us like $150 for 2 hrs with medication Still ok, as we get reimbursed. .haha, bought a p.a policy, which allows me to claim 2k per year.. Kurty Supercharged September 8, 2016 Share September 8, 2016 Insurance policy got cover TCM de? yeah, its a personal accident policy, pretty cheap and good coverage. I actually purchased for my family. If you keen, give me your number. I ask my neighbour to contact you for more info. I remember they only pay a certain % of the bill amount for TCM ; something like 75% .... can't remember the exact figure though claimable This TCM can claim provided its approved by the Insurer with a doctors note; Are you talking about NTUC PAID policy (Personal Accident Infectious diseases ) Actually question is for @Kurty used to be under NTUC, but after a year or 2, they actually increase my premium hence I terminate them.. to be frank, I also can't remember what is the name of the company.. As one of my neighbours does this, basically we leave it under his care.. submit the bills to him and he will claim for us, bank in for us.. pretty good service.. haha well, my P.A policy works like this, each TCM must not exceed $150. Each accident claim $1000 Per annual, 2k max.
