I loves Subway - I find totally worth it! Although pricier than local fare, is far better value than Mickey D's or fat injected chicken.

I have my favourite - 12 incher of Italian BMT on honey oat, with BBQ sauce and honey mustard, untoasted.

Yum yum yum, and I even get change from $10

normally i go for 6 inch italian/parmesan oregano and chicken breast and add a scoop of egg, use honey mustard and chipotle southwest, sometime order 12 inch depend on tummy

After eating home-packed bread (bread with jam, peanut butter, cocoa butter, ham) for breakfast, I can't go back to those local morning fares like fried beehoon with egg and lan cheow meat.

Yea, me too.... Now almost every morning, standard one, 3 pcs of bread kiap 2 pcs of cheese...

hahahaha, buy off from shelf one. Where got time to make? Just make sure it's those low sugar, made from real fruit (not colouring with jelly type) and no artificial sweetener. Very few choices though.

Currently, I am on those fruit jams in octogon-shaped glass jar, made in poland. It is the least sweet of all jams I tried so far. In fact, I think they forget to add sugar. [laugh] It is not the most visually inviting compared to the rest (in fact it looked dull red), texture is not the best, but I think they really used the real fruits with very little other add ons and enhancements.

Forgotten the name. Will check it out tonite. [:p]

Turbocharged

Making my own sarnies I like

1. Marmite with cheese (real cheese, not those plastic slices)

2. Peanut butter with crisps

3. Banana with Jam

And Craigs strawberry jam is great - but you don't get it here

I agree that McD's is more worth rather than this one.

how can McD be more worth when the meat patties used are stored for years and laced with preservatives compared to Subway's which are fresher? [laugh]

The brand is "Streamline". [laugh] Doesn't quite fit for a jam name. Maybe they are thinking, eat my jams and you'll have streamline figure. [:p]

Other brands like Smuckers (USA), St Dalfour (French), and MacKays (Scottish) also not bad, but tend towards being too sweet for my liking.

Next try will be German "Hero" brand.
