I would tell him COME AND DO IT...draw a nice target for him to hit as well...and make sure he hits it hard...

 

Then...I go order my triple core radiator...CUSCO oil cooler...new turbo...new CAI etc....hahahahahaha...

 

I got away with a boliao summon once too with my DVR.

 

TP say I cut across double white lines which I was sure I did not cos I saw him coming up to join the expressway traffic from the ramp...where got so stupid commit offense...so he stop me and wanted to summon me for the offense.

 

I just tell him I can't remember...but if I did, then I have to accept the summon. I will go back and review my video....he looked shock and ask I have video recording...I show him my DVR...front and back...he backed off...I then KL and insist that he give me the summon...he say give warning this time...I ask for the pink slip warning note...he also dun wanna give and went off.

To those who think TS is totally in the wrong, I would say technically yes but given the circumstances (custom jam), if he die die stick to the rules, he will be stuck there forever not able to turn.

 

I have not seen the video but if what TS claim is true that he already partially out and the BMW purposely cause the accident knowing he has the right of way, I would say fight till the last drop. Anyway if dun fight also liable right so might as well try.

This is true. my gf car got hit on the rear while stationary at traffic junction. the stupid auntie is an insurance agent refused to report and my gf insurance company mentioned that they cannot do much until the other party make a report. meanwhile advised my gf to do own claim and once the other party made a report, they will proceed with the claiming of the 3rd party.

 

my gf refused and KPKB until they manage to get hold of the other party to make a report and that auntie did saying she is busy to do one. sometimes one will wonder what the use of an insurance and it cannot even assure you.

insurers will always look for the easiest prey to cover themselves. in your case, your gf is the easiest to go after.

 

i had similar experience when a taxi got too close to my lane and his side mirror hit mine. the taxi's side mirror housing dropped off but nothing happened to mine. the taxi driver tried to intimidate me (loudly) into paying him $100 cash for repair and i politely asked him to go play with his own banana. suffice to say, we didn't manage to exchange any contacts and he left grumpily.

 

thereafter, i made a report to my insurer purely for info, but i didn't claim anything. apparently the comfort taxi kept quiet, didn't even report to comfort delgro, much less his insurer. i got a letter from my insurer a few weeks later stating that they had reduced my NCD by 10% and put a stand-by claim of $5,000+ in my account in case the other party claimed against me. that will be in effect for the next 5 years, as the law allows up to that time for claims.

 

luckily, i managed to contact comfort delgro and made them send me an email to confirm that they will not be proceeding with any claims against me. my insurer finally reverted back my NCD and closed the case. if that was a private car owner and he decides to not cooperate, then i'll be screwed by my insurer.

 

moral of the story? you don't always get a thumb up for being honest.

Imo ts no wrong, seems that if ts car front already enter the lane, the bmw had to stop but his reaction is late and end up hit side of ts car.
